About the Event

Please join us for an interfaith gathering to learn about the crisis of homelessness across the country and right here in Fremont, and to explore the unique responsibility and unique tools faith communities have to respond to the crisis. We’ll hear from David Bonaccorsi, former Fremont City Councilmember, former Board member of Abode Services and founder of Fremont For Everyone. Reverend Jeff Spencer, pastor of Niles Discovery Church, and Rabbi Sarah Weissman, rabbi of Temple Beth Torah, will speak about how their respective faith traditions understand our obligation to care for the unhoused.
