Rabbi Sarah Weissman and Lisa Akselrad, Social Action Chair of Temple Beth Torah, will be leading a Civil Rights Journey from April 1 - April 4, 2027. Some of the highlights of the trip include:
- A visit to the Rosa Parks Museum
- Experience the Equal Justice Initiative's Legacy Museum
- Tour Selma and the Edmund Pettus Bridge
- Tour the King Center and visit the house where the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., grew up
