To complete your child's online registration for Religious School for 2023-2024 / 5784, please complete each of the four forms linked below. If you are registering for more than one child, be sure to submit a separate online form for each child.

 

1) Congregation Beth Emek’s Religious School registration form for TBT students

• Please include your child(ren)'s pronouns in the additional comment section

2) Congregation Beth Emek’s Online Medical Release Form

3) Temple Beth Torah Medical Release Form

• We appreciate your filling out two separate medical release forms.

  • One is for when your child is on the Beth Emek premises

  • One is for when they are at Temple Beth Torah.

4) Online payment to Temple Beth Torah

• Use the cost information below to calculate the total amount of tuition and fees owed.

• Enter the amount as "Religious School Tuition/Books/Misc"
