A Word from Rabbi Schulman - 5/3/19
This past week, Fremont Police have been a constant presence at the synagogue.
I am thankful for their vigilance in response to the violence and murder that took place at the Chabad Center this past Shabbat in Poway.
I am still processing my thoughts and emotions following this horrific act.
I am reflecting on the question, as a Jew, do I feel more vulnerable than a week ago?
I am asking, have we done enough as a congregation to ensure everyone’s safety?
Tonight I will share my reflections in a sermon entitled, “After Poway.”
