Temple Beth Torah recently completed a renovation of our 35-year-old sanctuary and social hall, and a weekend celebration was held on Jan 11-12, 2014.
Temple Beth Torah had its 50th anniversary in 2012 and launched a capital campaign, raising more than $100,000 for the renovation. The remodel uses Jerusalem stone around the ark and includes new paint, new carpeting in the sanctuary, new hardwood floors in the social hall, colored glass windows, ceiling tiles, 18 hanging LED lights, and a beautiful new Ner Tamid and set of Torah covers. The sanctuary now has room for 150 seats, and the social hall can handle up to 250 more.
Due to its rededication, our Sanctuary and Social Hall now create a more spiritual and uplifting environment for our congregation.
